1. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received, except Sundays and holidays. Those packages are processed on the next working business day. Tracking details will be emailed to you, once your order is processed and shipped. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. So please be sure to input the correct address or email us for any corrections immediately.

2. Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may request a refund or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
-Items must be unused, in original packaging, and sealed to qualify for a return. Damaged or Defective Items: Report any issues within 2 days of delivery by emailing us with photos.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received. If the item is not returned, we reserve the right to reverse the refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
